Welcome to Gospel Scroll. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gospel Scroll mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Using Gospel Scroll
You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial devotional use. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gospel Scroll.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & billing
- Gospel Scroll may offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Content & intellectual property
Scripture text is drawn from public-domain and properly licensed translations. The App's design, features, and original content are owned by Gospel Scroll and protected by applicable laws. You may share individual verses and devotionals for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the App itself.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gospel Scroll is a devotional tool and is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, or professional counsel.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gospel Scroll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
